It’s so refreshing to find honest mechanics who know what they are doing. This was my first time coming to HB auto and I’m so glad I did. My air conditioning was not working properly for sometime (I took it to the dealer and they did nothing to help solve the problem) so I brought my car here to see if they could figure the problem out. After sometime, Dallas was able to find the problem and fix our air conditioner!! We are so happy to finally have a working air conditioner. I can’t thank Dallas enough for solving our problem. Now we can make our move to Texas next spring with a working air conditioner. Thank you, Dallas for all you and your team did. 😊

I was extremely satisfied and impressed with the work that was done for me. I had a blown head gasket. Dallas worked with me and they replaced it with a used engine. The process could not have gone smoother. The customer service at HB is exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone!

I don't usually leave reviews because it's not my thing but I just HAD to when it came to my experience with HB Auto & AC. If you have hybrid/electric car issues, HB Auto & AC is the most affordable AND best quality of service there is. I called the dealership before this place and HB Auto & AC's quote was roughly 35% less than what the dealership offered. Dallas and crew communicated every detail they found on my car and informed me of all the process step by step and in a day-to-day basis. I have little to no knowledge about cars, yet they were able to explain the problem and the steps they took to solve my solution that was very easy to understand even for my level. Not a single lingering question was left during these updates. Amazing communications from the crew, taught me some stuff too. Not surprising since Dallas is a seasoned veteran regarding technical expertise with great hospitality, I've never felt so safe giving my car to an establishment.

The car service and customer service were beyond expectations! So nice and polite from the minute I got there. I am a travel nurse and needed to bring my car in for maintenance check and oil change and they were super helpful and will definitely bring my car back and would recommend. They explained everything that needed to be done on the car and even gave a discount. I know nothing about cars and sometimes it feels like people try taking advantage, but I definitely trust them and that they have my back!
