Big THANK YOU to this auto shop. It was a rough morning and I was literally crying with a jerking car after one auto shop turned me away until I found this place. Dallas took me in the same day I called the shop, was quick in identifying the problem, and even went extra mile with his service by looking for affordable parts to fix my car so my wallet wouldn't cry later. This location also offers courtesy vehicle as part of their service which was a huge help since I had nothing planned prior to the offer. I have tried different auto shops and the most I have been offered is a trip to the next destination. Dallas was also very generous and provided me with a fuel efficient car in consideration to my long drive. Their customer service is what truly gives a competitive edge to this auto shop vs all the others. Dallas is pretty quick with his communication and will not keep you wondering when you can ever see your car again. He even makes sure that everything is okay driving with the courtesy car and the fixed car even after the posted shop hours. This place actually care about their customers. It’s so refreshing to find honest mechanics who know what they are doing. This was my first time coming to HB auto and I’m so glad I did. My air conditioning was not working properly for sometime (I took it to the dealer and they did nothing to help solve the problem) so I brought my car here to see if they could figure the problem out. After sometime, Dallas was able to find the problem and fix our air conditioner!! We are so happy to finally have a working air conditioner. I can’t thank Dallas enough for solving our problem. Now we can make our move to Texas next spring with a working air conditioner. Thank you, Dallas for all you and your team did. 😊

I was extremely satisfied and impressed with the work that was done for me. I had a blown head gasket. Dallas worked with me and they replaced it with a used engine. The process could not have gone smoother. The customer service at HB is exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone!
