I came for an oil change, but Alba made sure my safety was priority #1. I have put off maintenance knowing the issues my old car would rack up repair and replacement costs. So I knew it wasn't going to be just a simple oil change. Alba made sure I was aware and asked me questions about the car's history. He was transparent about the state of my car and made sure show exactly where the issues were and how he would improve on it. Him and his team were efficient and treated me very well. I was very touched by their level of care. Again, I have put off maintenance because the issues of my car couldn't be overlooked. But they did everything to make sure my car and I were in safe hands and communicated everything throughout the process. They did exactly what I came here for and beyond. My car feels much better now. I know I can trust to call Alba and his team at HB Auto & AC for my next maintenance! Thank you!

I'd give twice the rating in Stars a 10 Star review. HB Auto & AC is simply THE BEST. Drop the mic. I've been taking our cars to them for several years, (mor than 3) and have received above and beyond service, honest recommendations for my cars before during and after service. And terrific prices. They stand by their work, always. Noting is 100% perfect. I've had to bring a car back for this little thing or that thing afer a servoice (once). And they make it perfect. Had a problem with my AC, called in and spoke to Alba, brought it in the next day and within 3 hours it was fixed! Great price, very friendly and they take extra care of your vehicle. Highly recommend!

This place is great. They found out that a part was under warranty and replaced it . only charging me the labor. I finally found a place that I can take my family cars that I can trust. You guys have a customer for life now.

This review is long overdue but well deserved. Alba and his team worked on my Honda Clarity (Plug-In Hybrid) after its AC died on me. Alba took care of it ASAP and was very honest and fair with his pricing. He understands that times are hard right now with expenses and does his best to give you the most honest offer. He fixed up my car's AC but a couple weeks later it malfunctioned again. I called him up and took it back in and they took care of it fast with no grief. I am extremely grateful to him and his team. They are an honest hardworking team. If you are questioning going here, don't. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Alba and his team were amazing! I went almost 2 years without AC in my car due to the price but Alba gave me a good cost, I am so glad I went with them as their customer service beyond the repair itself continued afterwards where Alba would check in to make sure everything was still running fine. Highly recommend this place!

Brought my ford escape in for AC issues and I was very impressed with the quality of work. Owner took the time to troubleshoot the problem and was very honest with recommending the service needed done on my vehicle. Pricing was amazing too you could tell he wasn’t trying to nickel and dime you. I’ll definitely bring my vehicles back here in the future

HB Auto took my call when they were closing, didn’t tell me to call back but listened to my situation and took their time listening and explained possible scenarios of what they would do and charge as my car was at another local shop who was being less than honest with me. The next day I had my car towed to HB Auto and they were not only helpful but saved me over $1800 by being honest about what my car needed. The other shop was trying to sell me a rack and pinion because the power steering pump they replaced (at $200 over what HB Auto would have charged me, ouch!) had forgotten to remove the shipping cap on the pump! HB Auto also checked the oil “change” the other shop charged me for and found the oil to be black! They changed it for me and looked over the car so I felt safe driving it. They are AMAZING!! They have an entire family of customers for life. Alba is so patient and informative and honest. As a woman walking into an auto shop already feeling intimidated, this is PRICELESS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ THANK YOU TO ALL THE GUYS AT THIS SHOP
