Alba and his team were amazing! I went almost 2 years without AC in my car due to the price but Alba gave me a good cost, I am so glad I went with them as their customer service beyond the repair itself continued afterwards where Alba would check in to make sure everything was still running fine. Highly recommend this place!

Brought my ford escape in for AC issues and I was very impressed with the quality of work. Owner took the time to troubleshoot the problem and was very honest with recommending the service needed done on my vehicle. Pricing was amazing too you could tell he wasn’t trying to nickel and dime you. I’ll definitely bring my vehicles back here in the future

HB Auto took my call when they were closing, didn’t tell me to call back but listened to my situation and took their time listening and explained possible scenarios of what they would do and charge as my car was at another local shop who was being less than honest with me. The next day I had my car towed to HB Auto and they were not only helpful but saved me over $1800 by being honest about what my car needed. The other shop was trying to sell me a rack and pinion because the power steering pump they replaced (at $200 over what HB Auto would have charged me, ouch!) had forgotten to remove the shipping cap on the pump! HB Auto also checked the oil “change” the other shop charged me for and found the oil to be black! They changed it for me and looked over the car so I felt safe driving it. They are AMAZING!! They have an entire family of customers for life. Alba is so patient and informative and honest. As a woman walking into an auto shop already feeling intimidated, this is PRICELESS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ THANK YOU TO ALL THE GUYS AT THIS SHOP

They got the job done quickly without cutting corners, and I appreciated how straightforward and honest they were about what my car needed. The shop is clean and well-run, and you can tell they take pride in their work. Extremely satisfied with the customer service from HB Auto and AC. They helped with replacing my AC compressor and condenser on my 2017 civic si. Not only were they extremely friendly and had speedy customer service but they also had the best prices that I could find in my area. If you want a shop that is straightforward, great customer service, and on top of their work this is the place to go. After only going to one shop for the past 10 years, I was hesitant on finding a new Auto shop to go to, but HB Auto and AC Was definitely the right pick for me and I will definitely be coming back.

I was trying to fix my AC and was getting a little stumped. I called HB auto and Alba said bring it by to test the pressure and found a leak thay I missed. They got it fixed up quick and for a real reasonable price. I would recommend this shop and will use them again for sure. Thanks guys.

I couldn't be any more happier with this shop. They took great care of me maybe feel Like they really wanted to help and not just in for the money. They have a customer for life.
