I had a great experience at HB Auto and AC. I called ahead to see if they could fit me in for a same-day appointment, and they were able to help me. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The shop was clean, and Alba, the service advisor quickly got everything started. They changed the oil on my 2012 Toyota Hybrid and also installed the tire protectors. The service was completed efficiently, and I was very happy with the results. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and how smoothly the whole process went. I will definitely be coming back to HB Auto and AC for any future maintenance or repairs. I would recommend H.B. Auto & AC to everyone. My 2001 Toyota 4runner was having AC issues; it wasn't blowing cold air. I had it looked at about a year ago, and it only blew cold for a couple of months. I took back and it was fixed for only about 2 months again. Not wanting to take it to the same place a third time, I found HB Auto & AC on Google. Sending up a prayer I brought the vehicle in. After waiting for a short while, Francisco and an associate informed me of the issue of why it was constantly failing. They did not charge me for the diagnosis, but added the small charge to the bill, which was extremely reasonable. The AC has never worked better. It blows ice cold. Recently sold my car to a family member and had to buy back said car to keep peace and received it back with a busted AC and it was given back with a very squeaky left turn. Took it in to HB & AC Auto and they fixed everything for me! They are all such personable and genuine people. Alba was beyond intentional and assertive. I called in the morning and was able to bring it in and pick it up the same day with a working AC blowing cold air and no more squeaky left turns. The man who worked on my car even showed and explained to me what was wrong with my AC. I’m just super thankful that there’s decent help out here. Thank y’all so much!

Friendly, helpful, and great prices. What more can you ask for? They serviced the AC on my old Rover 4x4, and it blowing nice and cold again.

These guys are awesome! Alba and Francisco took good care of me with getting the AC in my Mazda RX7 in running order. The car has been a year long garage project with getting the AC working but I always ran into hiccups. These guys got it sorted out in no-time. Most shops would not even touch this car due to it's complicated nature but they got it done! Very knowledgeable and friendly guys. I came here off a recommendation from the shop next door, saying that this is the place if I wanted AC expertise. I left with no complaints and working AC on a classic car.
