They both are very well experienced and do not waste time in helping you solve the issue with your vehicle. They helped fix the brakes and rotors; as well as remedy the leaking to both cylinders to my friend's silver Honda Del Sol! I also took in my daily driver to them for a potential head-gasket issue; and boy, did they save me a small fortune! Car is now been running for 2 solid straight weeks with 100 degree temps outside last weekend and this weekend! Zero over-heating issues and power loses are now completely gone. I can now run my AC on full blast without having to worry about blowing that stupid head-gasket! I've never been disappointed with chris and his team. He gets everything done at the best price possible. I've had major work (rebuilt engine) to small work(oil change) and HB Auto are the only guys I trust in OC. And I've been to a lot of different mechanics.

I have been bringing my Tacoma here for years. Tires, brakes, oil changes etc have all been performed with honesty, professionalism and expertise. Frank and Chris always explain what is going to be completed and never try to up sell. Work is completed in a timely manner and I enjoy talking to the staff about cars and whatever else to pass the time. If you don't feel like talking the waiting room and counter area is large and clean. I recently drove up from Mission Viejo to have all brakes and drums replaced. Service was great and price was fair. I highly recommend HB Auto with you want expert work completed by honest staff.

This is the only place I will take my car for any routine maintenance or repair. They are simply the best at what they do, and genuine in their care for their customer and the cars.

H. Heaven is a superior auto shop! I own a Chevrolet Avalanche and a Pontiac G6, two beauties that are being taken off the manufacturer’s assembly, and I wasn’t sure if they would serve us well if repairs were a challenge for us. H. Heaven really takes that worry away. I am so happy this shop takes such good care of the customer and the car! H. Heaven makes it possible for me to know that I can count on being treated very well with superior car service because they will help me keep my cars running for a very long time. The Avalanche had a transmission issue and we went to a local shop, not H. Heaven the first time, and we had an awful experience. Tragic, really, they charged us a lot, kept the car for such a long time rats actually ate the wires in the car, we had to supply our own rental and less than two years later, the transmission and the backend stopped working again. My thoughts at the time were that we could not afford to keep this vehicle. I met Steve McNamara, the owner of H. Heaven, and I took my car to his shop. What a difference. They charged us less money to begin with, they had the car done in less than a few days, and they supplied a loaner for free so we never lost an ounce of productivity. I recently took in my G6 because I hit a curb really hard and she needed some front end work. I love H. Heaven because I told them I only had a certain amount of money and they came in under my budget. Not only did they save me some money on my budget, they fixed a couple problems I did not even know I had and the repair bill was so small for it that I was extremely happy. H. Heaven is the place for people who love their cars and want to keep them on the road for a long time. I know this to be true because the loaner they share for free with the customer has 325,000 miles and it is still in good shape. You know you have a good mechanic if the car runs beautifully and has that many miles on it. I am so happy to be a customer of H. Heaven! Check them out yourself. I would give this place 20 stars if I could! I am fairly new to Southern California, and was referred here by my roommate when my car broke down. I am SO HAPPY I found this place, they are HONEST here and they always take such good care of my car! I bought a used car recently (the one that broke down), an in addition to fixing the problem that caused my car to stop working, they did a thorough inspection to see if there were any other problems with the car that needed attention. The most important thing is that they did not lie to me or try to charge me insane prices. I am a poor college student and I cant deal with that right now! They are always so nice to me and they always welcome my car when I come in. They tell me that they will treat my car like they would their own daugters' car, which makes me feel like my car is in good hands. I will never go anywhere else!!!

Great service, I never felt like I was getting ripped off, work was done quickly and efficient. I arrived and was approached by Chris who I later found out was the owner. Highly recommend it if you live anywhere or near Orange County. Not in my neighborhood but it was worth the drive.

Outstanding Customer service, really go the extra mile. Plus they do not overcharge, that's a promise. Engine light came on, brought it to pep boys, they told me its free, then 2 hours later they told me its $45.00 to run another type of diagnostic, then they told me a Crazy price to get and install an emissions valve. I shopped around, then my driver side window stopped working, UGH! Called here, frank told me 90$ to run diagnostic, and will add it into price of repair. They charged me almost half and included the window. Plus, they brought me the car. Cant beat the value here. Guy
