Can I give these guys 6 stars?! Words can NOT describe the level of CUSTOMER service these guys provide!! HONEST mechanics are hard to find- and you found em here!! Lisa came out and gave a super warm welcome and welcomed the kids in the waiting area with cold Capri Sun and candy for them and a cold Coke for me! Patrick even came in and did the "Hot Dog" Mickey Mouse dance with the kids. It was honestly service you don't even experience at Disneyland. Their work: we needed our A/C worked on and they talked us thru everything they were going to do BEFORE they did it. They didn't even begin work until we they checked to see if our car warranty would cover the work for free. Our warranty ended up NOT covering their work, but them even checking for us, was just a sample of the extra mile they go for their customers. While they fixed the A/C, they even saw there were a bolt or two missing on our engine and fender and put those in free of charge. The work was for my wife's mini van and it was going to take all day, so they came by and dropped off a loaner car at our house for my wife to use for the day......what mechanic shop has a loaner car?!?! When the van was fixed, we drove the loaner car back and picked up our van. It was simply amazing. Now our van is like an igloo with the A/C working like a champ!! I will recommend these guys to my family, friends, neighbors, strangers, and everyone I can for ALL auto work on any vehicle. They are far and away the greatest!! Best customer service award for sure
