Great to be back there and meet new staff. Patrick diagnosed my problem in 5 mins and explained it. Trucks runs and sounds much better. They even got it washed. Great experience.

I was browsing on where to get my AC worked on, went to yelp and found HB Auto, I was surprised on how many Positive comments that was left.. The primary term was Honest and outstanding service... So naturally I had to give them a try.. and it was all true.. Yes.. I don't like it when I have to pay for major service on my truck but the price they charge you is truly honest, anywhere else I would want a 2nd opinion but HB Auto you don't have to worry about shady work or replacing something that doesn't need to be replaced, as I stated earlier.. Honesty is what they stand behind and most of all they stand behind their work... 100% Hey... I'm a customer for life..

I had issue with air conditioner blowing cold then nothing , cold then nothing. I think it was Patrick that helped me. He was so awesome and helped me out . I dropped off my car, he took me to get a rental with all of my business gear and all. Same day told me issue with a/c. Minor issue, inexpensive fix. They could have easily screwed me over like so many other auto shops. But they didn't. Very honest people and shop. I was even told if my a/c goes out within a year they will not charge me to diagnose or for rental for work. You will not be disappointed!!!!! Believe the other positive reviews they are true.
