Pouring rain...standing drenched with my hood opened laughing at the situation unfolding as my truck wouldn't start. Less than an ideal situation right?!? Counting down the minutes until a tow trucks arrival I make the call to Patrick hoping for an opening in their schedule for my carcass of a vehicle. Only a couple hours later I receive a text with a link, curious...It takes me to an interactive diagnosis list of the issues, suggested solutions and options. Wow I think! This is such an organized and easy way to receive the information. A brief call to discuss options, costs and timeline then I am back to work and my truck is on it's way to being road ready. Everything went as discussed or faster! I am more than happy to recommend HB Auto and AC. Give them the opportunity to create a new level of expectations for what automotive care can be.

I really appreciated the fast turn and the customer service . The comprehensive review of the vehicle is done and the repairs were completed in record time... but I called around for competitive quotes and found out that they were $150 more expensive for that particular repair (which isn’t a dealbreaker considering the service and speed) but then had quoted almost double (1500) what others would charge (850) to replace struts parts and labor . So while I am thankful for the service I probably won’t go back .
