We have had our 2007 VW Passat serviced at the dealership, were we bought it originally, since we purchased it. However, it seems they always find something else wrong and have never been able to repair the AC correctly. We decided to give HB Auto & AC a try and we were so impressed with Josh, our advisor and Patrick, that we will continue to have it serviced at HB Auto & AC. Patrick and Josh handled our vehicle's maintenance and finally have the AC functioning properly. Something the dealership couldn't or didn't care to repair. They always said, "it's within the proper range". Which honestly, it never got cool enough...until now that is! Great job, great service. We were also impressed that we were able to actually have them show us where the parts were bad, while the car was on the lift. We have so much confidence with HB Auto & AC, we will never go back to the dealership. They have our business from now on.

They really do great work on my Porsche The tech’s take the time to explain what was needed and what they did to fix the problem Josh is very good tech on Porsche. He is able to diagnose and troubleshoot an electrical and mechanical problem. Modern cars have more electronic components, more ECU’s modules emissions systems that require a knowledge tech to diagnose. The owner Chris is very helpful and courteous and runs a great shop.

I feel my vehicle is in good hands with HB Auto.

The transmission on my 06 Nissan Frontier went out (broken tranny cooler in radiator) my transmission was trashed. Adrian had it rebuilt in just a few days and was able to bypass the poorly designed transmission cooler saving me money. I bought the truck with 60,000 miles on it now has 150000, the transmission has never shifted so smooth, no clunking into gear. Thanks Adrian and Bob you guys are awesome, I found a new shop to fix my truck.

I brought my car in without making an appointment and was helped right away. I needed a lot of work as I had been neglecting my car, I was pleasantly surprised that they did all the work for a more than reasonable amount as well as completed it all in one day. I was blown away by the detailed estimate, it was very professional and even included pictures and measurements. Lisa is a great, as she always makes you feel that you are in great hands and even arranged for a ride to work as I expected to Uber. I will definitely be back for continued maintenance and will refer my friends.

At first I thought it was a scam to just get you to call, but the oil change offer was FREE! Everyone was very nice. They thoroughly checked my car over and it was done quickly. I highly recommend HB Auto & AC. Thanks!
