Had an appointment scheduled for a Wednesday but my truck wouldn't start on Tuesday - no problem - they said go ahead and bring it in and we will take a look. I would highly recommend this company as they provide top notch customer service and full transparency into what they find. Staff is so courteous and professional, I felt very comfortable working with them and will go back again next time I need maintenance. Top notch.

This is my wife's car. As far as I can tell the problems that I noticed are gone. Time will tell. So far so good.

You guys always do great work on my cars. My only complaint was with my last visit, I specifically mentioned that we were getting a low coolant warning. You assured me with I picked up my car that it was fine. When I got home the low coolant light warning came on again. Upon visual inspection I found the level in the expansion tank to be very low. Not to worry, I took care of it.

Chris said the staff did everything they could to try to accommodate him, but he ended up not using the facility due to financial problems.

Spoke with Michael. He said the staff was very professional and helpful.

When your car needs repair it's never usually a great experience but I couldn't be happier with HB auto and the service I received. Our cars are very important to us and I couldn't be without my car that day and to pay for a rental would have put me further out of pocket but they had a loaner car I could use while they fixed my car, it was done way faster then I expected even though they seemed to have a lot of cars to work on. The staff was very friendly and inviting and made sure I knew they were there to take care of me and my problem. It's also right at Christmas so I was so upset about the unexpected bill but the shop offers financing same as cash for 6 months also! Really I couldn't be happier and I know who to go to and who I can trust when repairs are needed. Thank you Chris, Patrick, & Lisa for all your help!
