I recently moved to California and needed replacement of some critical parts in my car (brakes and rotors). I called this place to get a quote and schedule an appointment. Within an hour of dropping it off I received a link to a full inspection and status update on everything in my car with notes from the mechanics which really helped me understand what and where the issues were. I was then contacted by the office and they told me of the issues they found and asked if it was okay to continue with the repairs I had brought it in for with an updated price. I gave them the okay and they were done with the entire repair and inspection job in just a few hours. This place is very reliable and trustworthy. I would absolutely go to them again. They didn't try to upsell me on anything or push me to add additional services to my visit. The quote I received on the phone was almost exactly what the price turned out to be (before tax). I would definitely recommend this place!!

My AC wasn't working properly and they did the checkup and replaced some stuff. But then the air still wasn't blowing as cold, took it in, and at the end of the day they finally figured out the issue. They advised me that the AC is working perfectly but a part inside was registering the wring temp, I was told I could replace the part or just leave it since it still worked. I was very satisfied with all the information and honesty I received from Joshand Lisa.
