Merry Summer, Surf City, USA! It’s finally here! After the craziness of the last few years, it feels nice to think about kicking back and relaxing this Summer. Let's go over the top 5 beach destinations in Huntington Beach and some upcoming car shows.
Top 5 Beach Destinations Near Huntington Beach
Yes, we love to talk about cars here at HB Auto & AC. But we also love to talk about Huntington Beach! The must-see beach destinations include:
1. The Pier. An iconic and classic experience, this is a must-see for tradition's sake. You can’t keep the Huntington Beach Pier off your list, even if you’ve done it a million times!
2. Downtown. Downtown Huntington Beach is cool enough on its own any day of the year. But during the Summer, the streets really light up! With tons of family-friendly events and performances, don’t skip it!
3. Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve & State Beach. A lovely destination for nature lovers!
4. Huntington Dog Beach. Though every day might be a summer vacation for your pup, there’s no reason you can’t give their Summer something special! We love Huntington Dog Beach for our furry friends.
5. US Open of Surfing Event. More of an event and less of a destination, but worth bringing up! Right here in Huntington Beach, you can visit between July 30 and August 7 to witness the US Open of Surfing–A HUGE surfing competition!
Summer Car Shows Near Huntington Beach
One of the best things that summertime brings us is a child-like nostalgia for our own summer adventures. That’s why it’s one of our favorite times of the year to support other car lovers in the industry and check out some cool rides at a car show. Here are a few of our favorites:

May 15 @ 4PM: 3rd Annual Sun & Sail Car Show in Lake Forest, CA
