Great service, I never felt like I was getting ripped off, work was done quickly and efficient. I arrived and was approached by Chris who I later found out was the owner. Highly recommend it if you live anywhere or near Orange County. Not in my neighborhood but it was worth the drive.

Outstanding Customer service, really go the extra mile. Plus they do not overcharge, that's a promise. Engine light came on, brought it to pep boys, they told me its free, then 2 hours later they told me its $45.00 to run another type of diagnostic, then they told me a Crazy price to get and install an emissions valve. I shopped around, then my driver side window stopped working, UGH! Called here, frank told me 90$ to run diagnostic, and will add it into price of repair. They charged me almost half and included the window. Plus, they brought me the car. Cant beat the value here. Guy

I've taken my car in to HB Auto & AC a few times for my car and my parents have taken theirs in a few times. While I was originally referred to them by a family member of HB Auto, I thought, I would just give them a try while thinking family members will usually pump up the service kudos, etc. Well, I have found them to be legit. They have been very professional, financially understanding, and patient with my lack of car knowledge in technical terms. They take the time to explain what is wrong, what needs to be done, and how they are going to fix it. They don't pressure into fixing something or throw out the "scare' tactic. I am very happy with their service and very graciously refer them to anyone and everyone needing a mechanic.
