As promised Sir, here is your review. ;) I had a problem with the basket on my bike and needed to find someone with a welding torch. One of the shops in this "plaza" recommended HB and I went over to them. Customer service was quite fine. Genuine interest in trying to help me tho there was some b.s. to go around. The owner (I think he was the owner) was helpful and honest. I have no idea how their actual car work ends up, but the first impression was positive.

Best auto repair shop ever. On 1/10/15 I noticed a VERY loud screeching coming from the front end of my 2014 Honda Accord, so I called up Steve and he came by later that day, to my house, to check it out for me! Well we couldn't find out what it was, so the next day I had it towed to the shop, we arrived around 1130 am, Steve and me went to lunch and by the time we came back, the car was fixed! Now THAT is friendly customer service!

If you're looking for a trust worthy mechanics who will do their best to diagnose and fix the problem in your car. Look no further- Frank & Chris are the two to talk to. They both are very well experienced and do not waste time in helping you solve the issue with your vehicle. They helped fix the brakes and rotors; as well as remedy the leaking to both cylinders to my friend's silver Honda Del Sol! I also took in my daily driver to them for a potential head-gasket issue; and boy, did they save me a small fortune! Car is now been running for 2 solid straight weeks with 100 degree temps outside last weekend and this weekend! Zero over-heating issues and power loses are now completely gone. I can now run my AC on full blast without having to worry about blowing that stupid head-gasket! Thank you Chris and Frank, sincerely appreciate what you have done for me and my good friend Monique Beauchesne cars!

I've never been disappointed with chris and his team. He gets everything done at the best price possible. I've had major work (rebuilt engine) to small work(oil change) and HB Auto are the only guys I trust in OC. And I've been to a lot of different mechanics.

I have been bringing my Tacoma here for years. Tires, brakes, oil changes etc have all been performed with honesty, professionalism and expertise. Frank and Chris always explain what is going to be completed and never try to up sell. Work is completed in a timely manner and I enjoy talking to the staff about cars and whatever else to pass the time. If you don't feel like talking the waiting room and counter area is large and clean. I recently drove up from Mission Viejo to have all brakes and drums replaced. Service was great and price was fair. I highly recommend HB Auto with you want expert work completed by honest staff.

This is the only place I will take my car for any routine maintenance or repair. They are simply the best at what they do, and genuine in their care for their customer and the cars.
