Took my car in for an inspection before buying it used. They spent a lot of time with me and had excellent customer service. Went out of their way to do extra work on the inspection and went on a test drive with me. Also offered advice on negotiating with the car dealer! I will definitely bring my car here if it ever needs repair.

We've been bringing cars to Chris for over 10 years. He's always done a good job for us and knows how to save money for us. He changed the name of the shop but we still bring them our cars for oil changes and service. Pros: Good work at a fair price Cons:No donuts

These guys rock. They know how to roll too! The service is above and beyond. It's like being transported back in time to where customers are treated special. You, get what you pay for is the old adage. In this case, you get way more than you pay for. Honesty and integrity yes. Quality and service, yes. Just had my truck drive train repaired and my daughters car serviced and air conditioning fixed. The service was great because these guys listen to what I told them. They went right to the problem and told me some things that will save me money latter on. They even gave me a ride back home too. That really helped. They were recommended by a friend of mine and he was right. Cons: None of the antiques on display were for sale

So my car broke down after a service at Jiffy Lube and so I took it to HB Auto & AC (formerly Strictly Auto). Frank was a very friendly and helpful guy who said to bring it on by and they'd look at it right away. I had my car towed in and had a quote within half an hour. They diagnosed and replaced the broke fuel pump in less than 24 hours, which was great... and they didn't charge a fortune which was awesome for someone on a tight budget. I am definitely going to return here for future service.

My seatbelt buckle broke yesterday. I called Frank, he actually answered the phone by the 2nd ring. He told me to come right over. I was there within 15 min. The shop was busy but he was concerned for my safety. He tried to fix to at no charge to me. It was unable to be repaired, spring was broken. He called for parts, retrieved it & I had my car fixed within an hour. This is indicative of the type of service I receive from this shop each and every time I do business with them. I have been a customer of theirs for the last 3 years and will continue to be. I do tell all my friends of their professional service, expertise, as well as customer service I receive here. They really do care about you, your car, and want to keep your business. Their prices are fair and reasonable. I would recommend this shop to become your auto repair shop of choice.
