I experienced exceptional service from Pat and Lisa at HB Auto and AC .. they took care of my Mercedes in a fast efficient manner in addition they washed my car. This is the best auto repair shop I've ever been to!! ❤️❤️🚘

From the moment I pulled up they were attentive and very polite. My car was diagnosed and repaired the same day as promised. They kept me up on the progress. To top it all off when I showed up they had just finished washing and cleaning my car inside and out!

Patrick worked with my Honda. He diagnosed the issues causing my AC to not work, and explained the issues to me. He didn't obfuscate anything but talked to me honestly and directly. He walked me through the steps and got my A/C working. Everyone I interacted with felt honest and professional. I would definitely recommend HB Auto & AC!
