Huntington Beach Auto Repair

The team at HB Auto & A/C are my go to professionals for all my auto repair work. Chris and his team are friendly and personable. Their repair rates are fair and they do great work. I have recommend many of my friends and they have been happy with HB Auto & A/C's work also. They have also been my first pick to to do inspections on any used cars I purchase. They do my preventive maintenance and keep me apprised of issues to keep my eye on. They really are a great place to feel taken care of in a sea of mechanics seemly on every corner in Huntignton Beach.

Chris and his team do an amazing job every time. I've brought my car in before for brake fluid flushes, brake pad and rotor replacements, transmission flushes, and oil changes and they always offer a complimentary diagnostic analysis for the entire car's system. It's a very thorough and accountable service. I took my car in for a routine oil change and bulb replacement and they were quick, efficient, and friendly. I was out in the time frame they promised and it was easy on the wallet. I'd definitely recommend bringing your car here!

Anything but great customer service is not an option here. From the first phone call to the last text, they want to make sure you are fully informed and know what to expect in the process. The mechanics are knowledgeable, but if they don’t know something they find out. Chris, the owner, will drive you to your home or business (locally) and the loaner cars are just icing on the cake.

I came here 7 months ago because my Volvo XC70 transmission was slipping and slamming into gear. I was told they could rebuild the valve body for $1,293, but "no guarantees." I'm really pleased with the results. My transmission has been working like new ever since!

Very nice staff and good honest priceing

Very professional and courteous. Prices are fair (not cheap) considering they are auto ac specialists. As a commerical/industrial hvac guy, let me tell you that you pay more for this for a reason. I live in HB so ill have to see how good a job they did in charging refrigerant on my next summer trip to vegas, but in the meantime, i have peace of mind.

I have had my Toyota 4Runner serviced by HB Auto and AC for the last few years after using a Toyota Dealership for years. Chris and his team have always provided courteous and knowledgeable service at a fair price. I now take my Kia Optima to HB Auto as well. I like that the owner and mechanics are always available to explain the service and options available.
