Always outstanding service! HB Auto & AC have been taking care of my car for going on 2 1/2 yrs, the customer service is fabulous as is the work. My car has 160k + miles and runs great. The mechanics are honest, I’ve never felt taken advantage of, that is why I keep coming back.

I work at a car dealership, but bought an 09 SMART in March and spoke to Kevin about the car and got estimates on 'future' repairs. When the time for scheduled service came around, I took the SMART to them and was NOT disappointed. They were upfront and courteous. They did the work needed in a timely fashion and the charges were very fair, with no extras. AND then, a complimentary loaner was available, and much appreciated. YES, give them a shot, you should be very satisfied, I AM!!!

These guys are very trustworthy and knowledgeable. I brought my 1979 RV to them because my belts were making aloud noise when accelerating and I thought I had a coolant leak that I couldn’t locate it. Dave helped me out and found that my belts just needed to be tightened and I needed a new radiator cap. He only charged me for the cap and a hour of labor. Ill be going back if I need help again.

Kevin and all the guys have been great at keeping my truck running very well. If the guys at HB Auto & AC find something which needs my attention while servicing my truck, they will always send me pictures to show exactly what they have found and discuss with me the options for repair. My 2008 Chevy Avalanche has nearly 170,000 miles which has always been serviced by HB Auto & AC. My truck runs as good today as it did the day I drove it off the lot thanks to the meticulous focus from HB Auto & AC on making sure my truck is serviced correctly.

I spent a good deal of time attempting to determine my best course of action to service my 1979 MB 240-D's A/C system having the existing R-12 refrigerant. The many reviews I read dealt with many unhappy customers that used various A/C specialists with mixed outcomes. In addition, I was concerned about making the change to the R-134A with reports of less than comparable cooling efficiency. The painful aspects of this ordeal are the cost of the repair and despite the expense for the work, there would be no guarantees for restoring the A/C system to its original efficiency. After speaking with Chris over the phone, it appeared that my initial impressions were somewhat overly pessimistic for a practical outcome in relation to the recommendations provided. After visiting the shop and speaking further with the specialist, John who would repair the A/C system, it allayed my concerns about the complexities of the work required plus citing some possibilities of potential unknown factors by explaining in detail what needs to be done for a reliable system. During the time the car was in the shop, Kevin oversaw that the car would be cared for and kept me up to date on the progress of the work. Also, I appreciated the shop for a loaner that made it very convenient for my transportation needs during the time the car was in the shop. I was very pleased that I followed their expert recommendation with the A/C conversion to the R 134A and the necessary repairs, and was pleasantly surprised about how well the A/C system performed after completion. I look forward to not having to revisit any A/C repairs for a long time. Many thanks to the crew at HB Auto &AC for a job well done!
