The whole shop are professional caring people who don't try to rip you off. Vince is great! Omar the technician is amazing. He can diagnose a problem in no time. Best thing:they have a 3 year warranty and honor it!!

Car is not done yet but they seem to be reasonable in price, excellent in communication, very patient, and really caring about fixing my car right. They appear to be very honest in helping and not taking advantage of customers. I also like how they gave me options to decide and ask for my permission before starting. Overall great experience so far. Can’t wait to pick up my car. Been speaking to Vince and Chris and I am very impressed so far.

My 2012 Ford 6.7 diesel had a check engine light. The dealer would not give me a appointment or give me a general time frame to do diagnostic and repair. Just drop it off will call you when we get to it. I found H B Auto they told me to bring in in Friday called Tuesday told me what they found and when it would be fixed. I told them to do the repair. I fully expect to pick up my truck before the following weekend as Vince stated.
