How We Process Your Feedback
At HB Auto, we do feedback a little differently.
It’s one of the most challenging and rewarding parts of running our own business. We want everyone to have the best experience they’ve ever had at HB Auto, and we train our staff to provide that experience. We are filled with gratitude when our customers hop on Google, Yelp, or any other website to tell us what we are doing right (or wrong!).
Feedback Provides US New Opportunities To Grow
We take everyone’s feedback seriously. HB Auto is not a mechanic shop that will get defensive or tell the customer they’re wrong. Instead, we take every opportunity to learn from any negative experiences a customer has, change our standard operating procedures to reflect their concerns, and make things right with the customer.
Luckily–we haven’t gotten many negative reviews. We have a 4.7 rating on Google and a 4.5 rating on Yelp! People have called out our punctuality, knowledge, and helpfulness. We are proud we have inspired such positivity.

Did you know that people are twice or three times as likelyto write a negative review than a good one? It makes sense when you consider the heightened emotions during a bad visit. People are way more likely to post a review about their bad experience in hopes of punishing a business or warning potential customers than they are to write something good. It’s the only flaw in the review system: often, we hear from angry customers instead of happy ones!
For businesses with one or two angry customers for every thousand customers, but only the angry customers post their experience, this can be troublesome. That is why we are so filled with gratitude for each person who has left a review for HB Auto Shop. Because of all of our loyal customers, our auto shop's true personality and reliability shine through on the internet! No review goes unappreciated. We celebrate the staff responsible for a positive experience and love to be reminded of why we are in this business after a long day.
